We help schools in understanding what it is to be a pupil.
If you are part of a school where there is a difference in achievement, behaviour or wellbeing between boys and girls, then we would love to work with you to address those differences to support all pupils.
Our Patterns of Gender Study (or POGS) offers a unique approach to using pupil voice to learn about what it is to be a boy or a girl at school, and we offer schools the opportunity to own their own context by embracing the idea that every school is different.
